Well, technically, shouldn't he be herding them somewhere?
He's a cutie, if a lousy worker. Is he a German Shepherd? (oddly, I can tell an American Pit Bull Terrier from an American Staffordshire Terrier, from an American Bulldog, from...well, you get the idea, but I get my shepherds mixed up. Malinois, Buhund, GSD - they all blend together for me.)
